Those 2 will walk into 2000s easily. Waqar misses out completely in this exerciseAnd Pollock and McGrath missed out as well

Pollock will only make 2000s if Warne doesn't. McGrath, Murali, and Steyn are locks. Those 2 will walk into 2000s easily. Waqar misses out completely in this exercise
Pollock might not make the 00s as he had declined slightly, and McGrath and Steyn will walk in. So depends if we go with 2 spinners with Warne + Murali. Those 2 will walk into 2000s easily. Waqar misses out completely in this exercise
Yea he took some time to find the right everything but boy when he did...I'd actually pick Shoaib over Pollock for the 00s for sure if we are going with 3+ pacers again.Just looking at the 2000s records, Shoaib performed amazingly well, averaging 22 for the decade. I always thought he started his career red hot then drifted off a bit at the end but it looks like he was far more wayward and expensive in the 90s
cue for @Teja. to post Shoaib stats breakdowns.Just looking at the 2000s records, Shoaib performed amazingly well, averaging 22 for the decade. I always thought he started his career red hot then drifted off a bit at the end but it looks like he was far more wayward and expensive in the 90s
Is Steyn that much of a lock for the 2000’s? Only really had 3 great years, the rest he was a very raw rookie. I’d have little hesitation in picking Pollock over him for a 2000’s side.Pollock will only make 2000s if Warne doesn't. McGrath, Murali, and Steyn are locks.

I voted for Waqar as the third quick, but CW on the whole seems to be overwhelmingly of the opinion that Donald>Waqar, so him missing out isn't a huge surprise given Ambrose and Wasim were the first two chosen.Waqar will certainly miss though - wow.
