Between 2002 and 2006, not a tremendous number. But aside from those years, yes, certainly.

Very probable, but not, of course, certain.

They probably would've all been dropped early in their career's after short periods of indifferent form, been recalled and discarded again countless times thereafter and finished up with career records pretty similar to Graeme Hick's
