Not at all I wasn't aware.

Being autistic, sarcasm in the written word is my nemesis. So ironic you thought I was.

Being from the North East of England as it happens Zak Crawley is also my natural nemesis.
Yeah like most of the kiwi regulars know I know Nathan from back in the day because I’ve mentioned it quite a few times, but if you don’t hang out in the unofficial blackcaps or NZ domestic season threads you probably wouldn’t know.

England cricket are an absolute joke still picking Chris Woakes away from home. The odd 25 never justified 2-150 but there isn't any need whatsoever when Atkinson is arguably a better batsman than him nowadays and Carse is a very good no9. An unserious organisation.

Not sure if this is sarcastic, but Nathan and I were teammates in Oamaru second grade when he was 13. And I do despise what Zak Crawley represents.
Also fwiw. Enjoyed his performances for Worcs in summer.

iirc he top scored when we battered them at their ground and then we produced a lottery pitch at ours he was top wicket taker.

He's been the pick of your bowlers this morning. NZ pitches can do this. Look pretty green but actually be a bit slow and tennis ball-y.

If the sun burns off some moisture it might actually quicken up a bit.

In general though Latham sucks against true pace. Dunno if Stokes still has that heavy ball in him but he might be the type of guy to bowl at Latham when he's looking like this.

He has bowled well, but ya know, he kinda needs to take wickets to justify picking him after years of inadequacy abroad.

I think Carse is our best bet to rough people up. Kane, Mitchell and Blundell decent players of pace though Blundell is obviously in poor form.

That wicket kinda ruined the post I had lined up.

England's new strategy: Bowl so much tripe that it forces the other team to go at a Bazball tempo, for the better saving of Test cricket.
