Manoj Tiwary is another enigma. He's got more centuries than fifties in domestic FC cricket, but no century in limited-overs. He's reasonably experienced, and also good on the field, but his technique is also suspect- so is anybody's, especially the wicketkeepers'. He hasn't got much of a chance playing for India, but another solid season should see him in contention.
This No-hit tag is annoying. He's a much better player than that, and he's good across formats. While he's become famous in IPL, he's had a good record in Ranji as well. Then again, Ian Chappell, who tore apart the Indian team and setup this week, said Rohit Sharma is the best player of short-pitched bowling, and should have been in the side. That's open to debate, but then, we've seen Parthiv, Jadeja, Dinesh Karthik, Saha and Naman Ojha play as batsmen.
