Just had a look over there. As I type (more than an hour after the game) there are 37 posts relating to today's match.

37 posts and we lost this game so everyone would pile in on that.

The writing is on the wall.

Again I'm lost. Why do you Durham guys join a new forum just to talk about your old forum?
Why does it bother you? That’s the second time now you’ve come onto a thread you’ve got no interest in to snipe 🤷‍♂️

We’re a group of likeminded friends (not including the crack assassin above) having conversation about a community in which we exist - why does that offend you so much?

Point taken. I'll just put you all on ignore due to constantly boring posts popping up about some other forum that banned you

Edit: fantastic, just realised ignoring durham posters also makes all of the multiple Durham threads disappear, so won't bother you again 😀

D'ya reckon me and @Silly Point 2.0 count in this figure as Durham outsiders

I would like to express my desire to understand the reasons behind the perceived negative atmosphere within our community.

I recognize that it can be somewhat frustrating when new members engage in conversation among themselves. However, I fondly recall the cricket subforum on the previous platform, where supporters from various counties, such as Surrey in my case, shared a wealth of perspectives on different aspects of the game, fostering enriching debates and discussions.

It is unfortunate that the community has experienced a decline due to the actions of a persistent spammer, which has led many of us to seek out other forums.

On a positive note, this board has recently attracted many knowledgeable and passionate cricket enthusiasts who are eager to participate in meaningful discussions and exchange ideas about our beloved sport. I truly believe this is a valuable opportunity that we can all appreciate
