Going by speculations for the time being. This is a very high risk move but I am prepared to take the risk of him potentially playing white ball cricket in 2020. In worst case scenario I will have a 13 player pool instead of 14 and thats not bad for taking a risk in Round 9 instead of say Round 2 or 3.

Very curious to see how Markram goes vs. van der Dussen.
If Russie plays all 3 formats im so happy with my choice..Markram could end up captaining ODIs and who knows he might jag a T20 spot.

Now that sanity has been restored in CSA, I expect Rassie to be in the playing 11 in tests else it will be really surprising for me. Both Markram and Rassie should play tests and ODIs for sure and have to see how the T20 side shapes up.
