He was somewhere around 30 in DoG's bowling list created last year Don't think he will get that bad to the extent that he will be out of top 100 there imo.Won’t go close with the bat imo. Might be a shout with the ball if blokes continue to refuse to play him as a slow medium pacer away from home, which is what he really is.
Noone is likely to make the list anytime soon. You would have to average over 40 with the bat and under 30 with the ball, score a great deal of runs and capture a lot of wickets.
