Does Babar Azam have a chance as going down as the best ODI batsmen ever?

That's not a solid world cup, that's a great one. That average + SR combo is exceptional. I think Pakistan were let down by that horror show against WI. Babar has also added exceptional T20 performances to his LO credentials.
I would go with solid because even with those numbers he wasn't a top 5 batsman in any category, and he needed to be more impactful overall. That average is also helped by the fact that he remained not out against the Kiwis, because other than that important knock he only had a 50+ score once in the WC.

Think you made a mistake. Several 50+ scores in that WC

Bairstow averages less than 50

Rassie has a very small sample size and Imam is actually a damn good opening bat in the limited format but obviously not a great.

But we're discussing Babar Azam here, who has already played killer knocks in global tournaments (the same can't be said for Kohli) and is exceptional in any other series format. Obviously he needs another 3-4 years in the game for longevity but he isn't too far from being one of the very best at this rate.
which killer knocks? a group stage 100?

Kohli does have a group stage 100 (against Pakistan in 2015 WC), but yeah, has a penchant for going missing when it matters the most.
