just after noticing tooo may teams didnt post there teams this week, and this makes me ask the question, is there too many teams or divisions in wcc with ppl not posting thee teams at least 2 teams a week are not getting posted.

To be fair I don't think it's a problem, it's just the managers in charge of the sides.

Intresting point would be how would you change it if you was to?

- Who would you tell can't be involded anymore?

- How many teams / division would you keep etc

I have said all along that I think WCC will eventually end up with around 20 teams with a stable group of reliable managers.

I dont think there are too many teams, the problem is finding 30 managers. At the moment i would say we have around 25 or so reliable managers, so we just need to find a few more.

I like the bigness of 30 teams, however, can I make a suggestion. Certains teams that are struggling to maintain to realiable manager could perhaps move?

ie. Guyana isn't exactly the most prestigous team in club cricket. So why consider moving them to another place, that might perhaps sound more appealing...etc

I know indeed what you mean Marc. Its just a name. But...

Lets just say, its international competition. Your an Australian or New Zealander, but the only vacant team is England. You take up the job even though you hate them with every inch of your body, thus you loss interest because of the team you manage. But perhaps if you had of got the Australia or New Zealand, your heart would be in it. etc

Just a suggestion, not attacking anyone or trying to cause controversy :P

yea marc said it, in the end the decision to cut or not is soley based on the decision made by the board and the chairman on the whole..

i think that there needs to be some unreliable managers around for a while till we find some more reliable ones, not all of us (including myself) have been here the since the start and it was great to be able to come almost straight away, so its not a bad thing having a few teams with slightly unreliable managers, but more than 2 or maybe 3 is too many

28 teams is extremely cumbersome, and it would be very hard to organise a league from that number.

So by this Lord, you saying we should have two 5 team divisions meaning teams get byes, and stuff. Sounds kinda gay to me...
