Thats a bit serious and mean for what we have here...Im not sure he's that annoying, that you have to write an email to the school he goes to. And I'm pretty sure even if we do, its not going to make much effect. I mean, come on...block his individual screen names, but write an email to the schools?

If we've tried the reasonable approach and he's ignored it, then why not?

He could be in breach of some form of his school net policy?

I don't see the harm in IP banning a single school. I assume all their computers are in the same IP range and that nobody else from this school is a regular around CW.

As for writing to the school, what evidence do you have that his name is even Matt R Smith? Even if it is, the best they can do is block the site at their school, something which the IP ban would cover anyway.

I figure that you guys in CW staff will be discussing it out anyway, though.

That wouldn't work I'm afraid. As far as I can ascertain, every school in the East Midlands on this network connects through similar IP addresses - i.e. Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Rutland, and obviously a blanket ban covering a thousand schools isn't gonna be good.

For now, point one will be banning all accounts - and if anything else happens I think we will take it further.

Nice stats - welcome to the CW Dev League, hope you have a great time. It's near the end of the season at the moment, but stick it out for the off-season games after them and look forward to your first full season, it's great fun.

EDIT: Who's turn, Liam? I think Red & Colts have the lowest amount of players at the moment. Would be nice to get that seaming allrounder position that we thought we had filled before Smith got involved with matchfixing.
