AFAIK it was all agreed, so there is no need for any people to tinker with it.

I generally scale it up to a wicketkeeper ranking, so he'd be around 39.

(21 of 27 scaled up to x of 50)

That said, he can adjust his rating before the season starts if he figures he's better than a 39. His fielding rating will remain as 21 when he's not keeping wicket though.
