Here's an example:

Cricketweb XI = England
Development League = County Cricket

We're using a program called Syedur Rahman's Cricket Simulator to sim the matches in the league and the results will be used to update/upgrade averages. If a player performs well enough, he/she may be called up to the Test team - the Cricketweb XI.

We have two more spots in the 15 (ie 13 so far :P).

Here's the team so far:
Eclipse, Supah Freak, Neil Pickup, Master Blaster, Umpire Money, PY, Eyes_Only, Paid the Umpire, Hoggy, Andre and 3 spots for non-contracted players.

The spots should be closed as after this tour , the contracted players will be reduced to 15 and so 3 will be moved to the Development , and by the time the Dev should begin....

IMO, we should naming separate squads for Tests and ODI's. That way, those who performed in the Dev League during the Test series, can get a spot. This way, we can possibly develop specialist ODI players.

But we still have one spot available. Counting the 3 from contracts, we have 14....so we have room for one more. Having said that, that one spot must be filled by 12 noon tomorrow (Tuesday) local time [around 5pm Wednesday (?) NZ/Aus time; 5pm Tuesday British time] or else your plane tickets and spandex :P uniform won't arrive on time.
