Warner's had too much luck getting starts, so think I'll leave him out at this stage, and I'm not picking Maxwell just off a ton against Netherlands.
Think I'd select Zampa over Santner. There's a strong case for Rizwan at 4 over Rahul, Jansen at 7 over Jadeja and complete leftfield selection, Madushanka who has a wicket more than both Rabada and Henry.
