You can't pick a player outside Cabinet's reach. So you have to wait. You can leave your pick (and may be a back up) with someone who will be online when cabinet posts/times out.

Except in SA, he is pretty great every where including India. Also, it is not that Lawry didn't make runs v SA. He made them when SA toured Australia. One of the openers with a quite an excellent record across the board.
