Not just that, but it's also really boring. There must be a better way of doing it.

Everyone posts a 1-10 list, give 10 points to their no.1 and so on down to 1 point for their no.10.

Then after compiling everyone's top 10 lists, everyone then compiles their own 11-20 list, after viewing the final results of the 1-10 list.

Not that hard, and certainly better than what you guys are doing now.
