The CWBCC have decided to sign the following players for contracts during the remainder Season X and the break between Season X and XI:

Central contracts:

LA Camps (RHB/RFM)
AP Chaulk (RHB/WK)
AP Cloete (RHB/LS)
BJ Goff (RHB/RM)
TC Halsey (RHB/LS)
NS Hoy (LHB/RF)
DA Kearsley (RHB/RMF)
DM Kennett (RHB/RFM)
T Mamesh (RHB/WK)
I Markus (RHB/OS)
H Mørk (RHB/WK)
NS Pickup (RHB/LS)
MJ Robbins (RHB/RM)
KS Wright (RHB/RFM)

Secondary contracts:
BC Cunningham (RHB/RM)
MW DeSilva (RHB/RMF)
XPA Rose (RHB/RFM)
PE Young (RHB/RM/WK)
DJ Watt (RHB/RF)

Players with central contracts will not play matches in grade cricket unless they specifically request to do so. This to prevent unnecessary overload of players.

Mamesh, Cunningham and DeSilva have received contracts, Verghese, Richards and Fitzsimmons have lost contracts. Kearsley, Hoy and Markus have been promoted to central contracts, while Rose, Young and Watt have now only got a secondary contract.

What does a guy need to get a contract? Or Am I eligable coz I'm in the U19's? Coz I just got 2 consective thousands, how much more do I need?

Be the best 20 players in the country, i would say most of the batsmen who got contracts have also got thousand runs, two seasons in a row during the their careers or a similar feat in OD cricket.

You won't get a contract until you've played an international game at test / ODI (senior) level.
