how? James has always said if people want to discuss anything with him about the site or forum they are free to do so. I dont see what creating this so called Union will achieve, ultimately i dont think he is going to give anyone any extra rights or powers because of it...

Do you know what a 'classical' union actually does? Exactly what Blewy, or whoever, did for you when you got banned. Say someone got banned who doesn't have a close-knit 'clique' on CW, then what happens? The ban stands even to the detriment of the site.
