A lot has changed since the last time I signed up for a CW sim. I am now genuinely a keeper-batsman. Like Matt Prior, I have been known to be selected by virtue of the chat I provide behind the stumps. Like Matt Prior, I have been known to have a shaved head. Like Matt Prior, I have been known to get out for consecutive ducks.

Joe - No need. Your role isn't clashing with anyone else's. You are our specialist middle-order batsman. You are our Virat Kohli

Howe_zat - Yeah, but that's not the problem. Problem is: we have 5 top order batsmen, and 2 among them are wicketkeeper-batsmen. I guess we won't like to bat a Gambhir at no. 6 or 7, neither do we need a Dhoni and a Karthik in the same team unless some specialist batsmen are injured.

Yet to be determined. Obviously what you signed up as play a part, but aside from that - maybe activity in this thread? Dunno. Definitely don't want to promote spam on CricketWeb, even if it's just in one thread. Maybe I could use total forum posts at the beginning of the tournament - that'd prevent people from spamming but allow some differentiation of abilities. I'll come up with something as the situation arises anyway; I don't even know if we'd have enough yet.
