Yet to decode what TOTAB really stands for.. We have been using it for like ever now. My best guess would be "The one trick AB" considering that the Greater AB had several shots up his sleeve for a single delivery.
The subcontinental sense of humour once again at its eviscerating best, ladies and gentlemen.

Just dropping this here...the sound the stumps makes knowing they about to be uprooted and cartwheeling away:

They don't make em like this anymore.

What a burn...

I have browsed through a lot of threads here, unable to decode it. Since I have not received any clarification, I assume "The One Trick AB" is what it stands for. Having followed AB's career quite a bit towards the end of it, I feel it is an apt description.

Today is Enamul Haque Jr's 33rd birthday...

"When he made his debut in 2003, said Wisden, he was listed as being 16; he said on TV he was 17; local sources said he was at least 18; and he looked about 12"

They're more dynamic than day tests, they're in a better timeslot for India when played in Australia, they're genuinely interesting to watch and fun to be at and it's funny seeing batsmen piss themselves at something pink.

How much better are fielders at diving forward in slips these days? Seen a few good ones just in the last couple of series, and compared with when I was growing up these blokes’ technique moving forward is colossal. Was something which was very rarely even done even as recently as the 90s and early 2000s as far as I can recall.

Why is India touring Australia again next year when they were just here last year. Ashes are every 4 years but India now every two?

Vaguely remember 1999 wc final Ponting catch to finish off Pak innings.

Yeah, that sort of ballooned to him a bit, but they seem to dive forward to flatter trajectory balls than they used to. Maybe I've just seen a few examples lately and over all the ration isn't that different.
