How quick do we reckon Davo bowled based on that clip?
Tough one to gauge mate, with cameras the way they were back then.

He doesn't look express, but it looks as though he beats some of the batsmen with pace, and certainly gets Graveney(?) not playing a shot with what must have been ridiculous movement.

I would say high 130s. A shade above McGrath.

Rob, which videos are you getting those clips from and are they still available?

And, also, do you have any clips of Ray Lindwall from the 1958/59 ashes, when he was recalled at the age of 37 for the 4th test?

Ah, I see. Fairly cheap too, for 4 hours of priceless coverage.

Is that also where the chucking controversy, complete with interviews, comes from?

When the Cricket in the 70's video was released (years before the dvd version), you got as a bonus 6 hours of 74/75 highlights on 3 videos. GOLD GOLD GOLD. I couldn't get home fast enough from the ABC shop!

AWTA: agree with the above
WAC: What a ****. For Benchmark and Harbhajan
WAG: What a guy. For anyone scoring runs against Australia.

Rob, any chance you might have Robin Smith's 167no? 1993 Edgbaston ODI.
Don't feel you have to include the Australian victory celebrations at the end of the match.

Not that anyone asked, but I played a game against Robin Smith last year. Still hits the ball very very well.
