Well, heres a point you can discuss on.
Cricket Master 2005 and Howzat Cricket Manager have decided to merge. The games are now officially one, and is codenamed "Howzat Cricket Master". Mathew Dufty will be given full credit for his efforts, and we will be able to make HCM an even better game. Anyone interested in following our progress can go to our www.howzatcricket.net and help or suggest stuff there.

MODS CAN YOU PLEASE POST THIS THREAD? I know that James and Duff are great mates which is why this is a sticky but quiet obviously now alot of us have been waiting well over a year for this game when it was originally meant to be released in FEB here we are a year on and nothing apart from an alpha version that allows u to play 1 game then stuffs up.

And now they post on here claiming that these two games have joined forces both games have done nothing you got one guy who doesnt know the first thing about coding and the other well i think we all know that duff is good at making screenies and thats it.

Please if you had any sense you would delete this whole topic or at least close it until they show some real proof like a working game that you can play more than 1 one dayer in!

Excuse me, who are you saying knows nothing about coding? Our game is not being made by just me, but a whole team of developers, I just happen to be an executive and a graphics designer. We have an excellent coder, and you should really think before you speak, or in this case, do some research first. And who are you to ask for this topic to be closed? I have seen that you have always been the critic of Cricket Master, what is it to you that someone is making a game? If you don't like it, then just don't look at the post, and don't take an interest. Instead, I have seen you post crap every day about Cricket Master, why do you have to go out of your way to do this. In my mind, you are the one who should be banned. And for evidence, we are posting some screenshots on our website in about a week, and just don't say that we are just making it up! And even if we were, is it gonna hurt anyone!!!!!!!!

Ok i am not trying to cross promote here but on the LASTX site there is a link to the cricket master site that will keep you up to date...

This game is real I have the alpha version which is the release just before the beta which he is working on - - - I can take a screenshot of anything and show you guys and who ever said that 99.98% of computers cant play it are truly telling a load of crap because the alpha has not been released apart to those who are helping him with the coding and stuff to see how its all going so people have not downloaded it yet so you have no idea wtf you are talking about!

looks like you`ve understand how we all feel abt the game. what a dramatic change !

that game from oli, cricket coach looks much better!!

dont waste your time for this game, as it wont reach the same standards as oli's one.

o, and we are releasing "real" screenshots in about a week. u will c then.
just remember this, us game makers, we wont be making any profit from this, except as a gamer. all u cricket fans out there r going to benefit. so y r u discouraging us? cricket coach will be a commercial game, and ours is freeware, and u stil promote cricket coach?

As I've said to Duff I think he could have handled things a little better than what he did but he doesn't own anyone anything. He's putting together a freeware game in his own time which he hopes people will enjoy.

Give the guy a break.
