Considering he's playing reps at U-16 level, he's definitely got a bright future ahead of him & quite clearly skilled. I'm sure there'd be a few clubs over in England happy to have him for a season or two once he graduates from school.

lol we were only talking about that last night actually. He went on a tour of the UK last July for a couple of weeks and wants to go and play a season when he finishes high school.
