Thank you. Draw rate is about 32.8%.
Is there any good rule change to reduce the number of draws from 32.8% to less than 10%?
In American Baseball, when a game has completed the 5th inning, the game is valid despite of rain-outs etc. In Cricket Tests, how about "If the game completed the 1st innings, there is no draw"?
Are you permanently drinking four loko?

FC cricket and lower grade cricket award points on the basis of first innings. It is handy for ladders/league tables. Test cricket doesn't need to do this because there is no real ladder, and it's contrary to the nature of how cricket actually works. There is no need to minimise the amount of draws in test cricket, the draw is an important part of how test cricket is played and the nature of how teams win.
