Essex finally gets a win!

2-45 not bad, but not great either.

And Cloete.. going mad!

Toss-up between Cloete & Roberts for the most impressive start to the Club season.

I'm still bowling tight but unpenetratively, and it's doing my nut. I need a wicket, and fast. If that means that we wander down the Under 11s training tomorrow and smash their morale to bits, so be it.

Delighted with my seven first innings wickets, has to be one of my best performances ever with the ball, especially getting the big names of Steve Waugh, Mark Waugh and Burpey. But I wish we could start winning games, we certainly have the players, maybe we just need some more team bonding?
Our first innings batting was a shocker, and my second innings bowling certainly didn`t help. C`mon fellas, get New York up there.

As for SF I.Desi is doin VERY well just wish i could get some of his runs
