Chucking in International cricket

I had invited my american friend to watch cricket, and had explained him rules of game before match. It was intresting that he noted shoaib akhtar was bowling differently than other bowlers.I did bit of research on internet to found out that he had been cleared of chucking By university of austrlia on grounds that he cannot straighten his bowl because of medical condtion.
So iam thinking that this guy gets unfair advantage just bcoz of body condition? should'nt ICC make him play in handicapped version of game like blind people cricket or maybe come up with new version of game just comprising chuckers. not only should this guy be kicked out but all his carrer figures deleted.

I thought Shoaib was a hyper-extender anyway?

well iam getting sick of this guy doing balatant chuicking.

check in bbc cricket academy that he chucks bowl bcoz of his arm condition.


it doesnt take rocket scientist to figure out he is throwing.anyway the issue is not if throws or not as it already known he throws but
why he is given unfair advantage.

No, the UWA scientists who cleared him aren't rocket scientists, I'll give you that.

If american can figure out watching his first game he is throwing than what kind of chucking is it?

If his action were illegal, he wouldn't be allowed to play.

Whether an American, Englishman or someone from Outer Mongolia thinks he's chucking or not means nothing, since the scientists (who actually know what they're talking about) don't.
