Apologies if it's been explained already, but what happens you get more players than there are slots left in your team, or, more likely, there are players unbid for and therefore slots left unfilled?

If you win more players than the slots left, you will be asked to drop the extra players. There are 17 players left and 17 slots left. So, all slots will be filled and all players will be bid by the end of the auction. In the 9th round, in case the auction dynamics doesn't allow all teams to be filled, I will have one more short and quick 10th round to fill the remaining slots and players.

No HimannV. You had one Any slot left when you bid and won for Bavuma. Now that Jaiswal is gone, Bavuma moves up to that batting slot and hence, again freeing up your Any slot now. So, you still have one Any slot to fill.

Yes, I would have spent all my money too at the start if I had played since I am quite impatient. But having money at the later stages is golden to get good quality players.
