'03, '07, and '15 were boring because they were one sided, not because the teams had played earlier in the tournament. Same happened in '99. 2011 wasn't boring at all imo. Neither were '75, '83, '92 and '96, where the teams had played earlier in the tournament. You are mixing up the reasons and cherry picking.
