I have an idea for a draft. The way this draft will work is that every player chosen will have to have played in a test match with the previous player chosen (on either the same side or as an opponent) but never played in a test with the person selected before that (on either the same side or as an opponent).
An example with cricketers who haven't played test cricket:
A - Clive Rice
B - Peter Roebuck
The next person must choose someone who has played in a match featuring Roebuck but never in a match featuring Rice. The person after that has to have played in a match with that choice but not in a match with Roebuck and so on.
Extra Rules
1. At the start of the draft and at any point where there are no eligible selections I will randomly choose two players to start a chain for the next person selecting to use. Players chosen in this way will have played at least 10 tests and are ineligible to be chosen by anyone from that point forward. These two players will have played in the same test match at least once and prior to Bradman being drafted there test careers will not overlap with Bradman's
2. Bradman is available but note rule 1 above, the only way to get him is if someone else lets you have him
3. Order will be random each round except that noone will be allowed to have two consecutive picks
4. There will be 12 rounds
5. You have 8 hours to make each pick. If you don't pick within 8 hours you are skipped and make your next pick from where you were when it was your turn is picked. Your late selection is ignored however when determining the players that the next selections have to be made in relation to.
