If we have the 8 hours timeout rule then @trundler timed out. If there is NO such rule then he can pick Holding if he wants. I have to wake up early for a trip so jumping Trundy in that case.

I had considered Holding but thought 13 Tests was too small a sample from a 60 test career. But then I picked Barry Richards with only 4 tests, so who am I to comment.
