Australia - Michael Clarke
England - Cook
India - MS Dhoni
Pakistan - Asad Shafiq / Fawad Alam
Srilanka - Tharanga
SouthAfrica - Amla
West Indies - Smith/Benn
New Zealand - Ross Taylor
Bangladesh - Shakib Al Hassan

I don't see Darren Bravo as captaincy material, hard to give it to him. It's quite hard to predict who'll be captaining WI or Pak, since they're lineups are so unstable and reliant on either players nearing the end of their careers (won't be around 2015) and those who are just starting off.
Also hesistant to pick a bowler as a captain in general for all sides.

On Pakistan - They've had six captains in the last two years. Five of them have been banned in that time and three of them are still in the side. Not the easiest call to pick.

Will go for Shoaib Akhtar.

 Nice Joke

Akhtar has done something unlike most Pakistani cricket captains - he has officially retired (not banned by the PCB or the ICC)

LOL, the Pakistan captaincy has been passed around like a porn magazine at a teenage boys' hostel in the last few years.
