Awesome thread IMO.

I`ve got to make a new video of my bowling, I have one of me from three years ago where I was flinging it.

If anyone else has got something similiar, put it up I reckon.

It's not possible to tell as you don't see the arm angle throughout delivery. All you see is that it's bent at that point.

Attached is an 18-month-old video of my medium pace. Note the Jason Gillespie-like floppy wrist that prevented me from swinging anything. Now fixed.
