Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I'm almost 100% sure that he'll need Board approval before he's appointed and I have no clue as to when the next meeting is!

yup and this is no joke either there should be full committment , once ur in ur in for the good ,

but like gb says u have to wait and sometimes that can take really really long but patience is the key
