This was done in 2008.

Just wanted to see if things are the same as they were.

Prasanna did go to the graveyard of off-spinners in 1967-68, a very high scoring period, and was unfortunate to be on the wrong end of a 4-0 whitewash. He took 25 wickets at 27.44 that series. The other Indian spinners that series averaged nearly 70 between them, with Bedi not quite that awful with 4 wickets at 55.75 in two matches, and Chandra atrocious with 1 wicket at 174 (also 2 matches).

That said I do feel Chandra was a bit better over the course of his full career. I do think it's close enough to be tempted to go for the guy most here would consider the hipster option though. Have little between all three of them.

Imo, except that series Prasanna was generally a bit lackluster away. Also lacks in longevity. The other two are better for me by a narrow but clear margin. Among them, Chandra has my vote despite lacking in relative consistency for being the bigger match winner, winning games almost everywhere.

I feel like Prasanna had less support when he was in his best period than Chandra did though. Maybe given the platforms Chandra was he might have proved himself just as good a match winner?
