Simple varied order draft in descending order. Your next pick must have been born after your previous one. The one with the oldest player gets to pick, except in R1, which will be free for all from a predefined time. So, after R1 there are no definitive rounds. For a change, Bradman is allowed, but only as the 7th pick or later, aka, can only take 4 players younger than Don. Post in if interested.
