u need to get rid of 1 bowler in ur 10 and have an extra bat. i think 5 bats 1 keeper and 4 bowlers works best. because normally u only play 4 bowlers a match and an all rounder. Whereas u bat 6 and have an all-rounder. so u should probably pick up an all-rounder. actually check out R Webster and M Chapman

You can retain 10 players + 2 rookies if u want ie in total 12 players can be retained.I think u shl retain 12 as u wont get that good players in the 5th and 6th draft pick ie they wpnt be better than the ones u leave.

Somerset Mini Awards Night

Somerset hosted a small awards night last night, with only 3 awards being handed out and one hall of fame inductee.

Awards were made as follows:

OD player of the season:

Z Thomas

4D player of the season

A Caddick

and finally...

Best and Fairest of the season goes to...

A Caddick, who takes home a double tonight. His season bowling was superb, his sr in OD was around 15, and his 4D sr was about 25. Brilliant. The surprise was that Caddick knocked over Butcher for the 4D medal, but Butchers 4D average of 56 for the season did include a 200 odd.

The hall of fame inductee went to a great guy who only retired this season. He has been a great player and a brilliant captain. We thank him for his efforts. So, without any more said Somerset gives you...
