At his best: Botham, as he was not too far off Lillee's level as a bowler and orders of magnitude better as a batsman.
Over the whole careers: Toss of a coin, but I'll go Lillee for longevity

Botham is another player whose opinion on I've changed quite a bit from reading here. I'm not PEWS' dad level extreme on him, but he far is from the "GOAT allrounder" that I had in my mind like a year back.

Lillee is also a great player, and also overrated as well. I'm very unlikely to pick either in a draft, honestly. I guess in a draft there are a lot of weird situations where people pick up every good seamer straight off the bat, so I could pick Lillee in that situation. And I've got a few "value" picks for allrounders that I tend to like, so probably a Lillee pick is more likely for me now.

Going to go with Lillee to even things up a bit in this poll.

State Vice-Captain
Lillee was superior.
ITB was incredible for 5 years, but across his career he wasn't consistently a top tier bat or bowler.
Lillee is as good as bowler as has ever drawn breath.
The very top ARs may pip a specialist in value, but the 2nd tier cannot.
