What's a good bowling action for fast bowling that won't attract injuries but would add more pace but at least with some line & length control and also swing. Some bowling actions I have in mind are Waqar Younis, Brett lee, Dale Steyn and James Anderson.

Pollock has a very easy and repeatable action..

I think the Pakistani Pacer Mohammad Asif also had a very good action for anyone looking to keep it simple.

I spent my whole career fiddling and tuning my action to be biomechanically optimal and honestly think it was mostly counter productive - iron out any major mechical faults (e.g angled runup, falling away, missing front arm) but otherwise you'll get more bang for buck improving your fitness and working on your strategy/accuracy imo. Genetics is everything in fast bowling (when it comes to top-end pace at least)
