You mean currently? Or you mean historically? Yankees would be the obvious choice for best historically. Going into the new season, I would say the usual suspects would be favored. Yankees, BoSox, White Sox, Angels, Giants would be the early favorites IMO.

This is based on current ball players. Batting lineup is a bit screwed because of so many stars in the team. Didn't pick Alex Rodriguez for third base because his fielding was atrocious last season.
