Cricketer Of The Year
Here's my YP... fairly solid...

Franny Seddon (3262753)
Franny is a LH Batsman and LF Bowler. He is a destructive player with woeful leadership skills and worthless experience.

He currently has respectable batting form, respectable bowling form and fresh fitness.

Plays For: Anchormen
Nationality: Australia
Age: 17 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 7,516
Wages: £1,204 p/w
Stamina: mediocre Wicket Keeping: woeful
Batting: respectable Concentration: respectable
Bowling: worthless Consistency: worthless
Fielding: worthless

Don't think I could've been any luckier. He is seriously about 1 week from prof and is the perfect U19 prospect. He's already up to 3mil and there's a day to go before he sells..very fortunate but it makes up for the crap I've got over the last few seasons. Not sure how much he'll go for but even if he just goes for 3mil that brings my balance to about 5.5mil which I should probably find a way to utilise...

Resisting the urge to buy a trainee this season. I think I'm just going to have to keep saving. Trainees ages at 19, 20, 21, 22, 23.

Noble One

International Vice-Captain
How did everyone go with the new preferences and traits?

1 x Favours LH Batsman for a squad filler
1 x Finisher for a squad filler
1 x Killer Instinct for my trainee spin bowler  (almost guaranteed I will convert him into a LH Wrist Spinner as he also has attacking aggression)

Heh, one of my decent players :(

I have an attacking RH Finger Spin bowler than favours RH batsman. Assuming he has the natural advantage to LH I might keep him that way.

We expect to be able to fill in the missing information in the next day or so. The FC subsidy for the first season will be similar to the following numbers (this is every week, not just FC weeks):
Division 1: £50,000 per week
Division 2: £33,500 per week
Division 3: £22,500 per week
Division 4: £15,000 per week

A small subsidy yeah? And doesn't your ground decrease massively in size aswell? Don't know how anyone could stay afloat. Don't get me wrong - I really like the idea of being a big fish in a small pond, but I don't think my club would make it a month.

Bobisback

International Regular
Im not a big fish at all.

FC came in, I gave up, if this no FC thing falls through, Ill give up again. No big loss.

Nate

You'll Never Walk Alone
Haha, okay. I thought you bought a bunch of elites?

Is it possible for a club of any decent size to play in a pilot nation and not fold?

Bobisback

International Regular
Probably not, but why would an established team move anyway?

Did buy some elites, then went for the U19's, just for lolz.

Nate

You'll Never Walk Alone
C'd. I don't know, was considering it myself for a change. Be one of the best in a country, etc. But did the maths, and I'm pretty sure we'd fold like a Melanie Murphy pancake.
