Slight unevenness to the battles, one fancies.

Much as I love Woody and admire Cruyff I have to go with the only man to pull off two calendar Grand Slams: Laver & Becker in the second, obv.

EDIT: Pretty sure Jono's voted for two blokes in the same battle.

Everything was drawn randomly, there are some absolute huge battles and a few shockers but thats the way it goes.

Gutted he came up against Laver, and if Laver weren't so far in fron he would have had my vote, bloody legend.

Becker by the length of the melbourne cup

Gah, missed out on nominating Paul Pierce. Gets stabbed 11 times breaking up a fight, comes back in regular season to play more games than anyone in his team. Anyone who has seen him play in the playoffs will know what a great fighting spirit he's got.
