Battle of the Current Commentators

Has this been done before? And if not, how would we approach this?
Nice idea. Get each member to nominate their best 5 commentators at the start. Then start knock-out rounds with that list seeding as per the rating and number of nominations they got.

Maybe to make it easier, we just go from number 1, everyone give their nominations, and then we do a counting and proceed until we get a top ten?

Its just like best batsman though, Benaud wins by a landslide.
Would it make sense to make this a Battle of the Living Commentators then? Then it 1. Would be more interesting and 2. Wouldn’t hamper the old-timey commentators that those under 35 never heard live.

Hmm that does make sense and doesn't prejudice against younger posters.
