damn this is close, both great entertainers & the dominant Australian batsman of their respective era's. Hard to split them, Harvey probably faced the better opposition bowling attack but i can't vote againts Ponting, so big Rick for me..

Gotta go with Punter. Far from a classic technican & has a very obvious flaw with his head falling too far to the off side early on in his innings, but my he's effective when in full-flow. His innings at OT was one of the very best I've seen.

Ricky Ponting, we may not like how he doese it but he scores a lot of runs and his team wins a lot of games, tough for Harvey though as he was a great batsman.
