Glorious to watch, but 44 a thoroughly disappointing return for a chap with his ability. Contrast with the less obviously fluent, but infinitely harder nosed fellow cack hander from the Antipodes whose career overlapped almost exactly, Mr Border. If I'm feeling in a particularly self-flagellating mood I'd say it says something about their respective countries attitudes to sport.

Both were great two watch for different reasons in different formats and both unique in their own ways around the cricketing world.

Will Go for Lance "Zulu" Klusener though ,just by a small margin as he was the better overall cricketer .
