Cricketer Of The Year
Ban the ATGs Draft Voting.

The voting will come in two stages.

Stage One: The participants’ teams are split into 2 pools (top half and bottom half of original draw) and participants, and outsiders, are invited to vote for the best 3 sides in each pool. The top 3 in each pool will advance to Stage Two.

Stage Two: Participants, and outsiders, are invited to list the top two teams in order. Two points and one points are then awarded and the winning team and runner-up decided.

Teams are listed in a uniform format. Details such as statistics, comments, bowling order etc have been removed to achieve this but these details can be viewed on the original draft site.

Fair enough. You actually listed 2 possible line-ups and I assumed the later one was your preference. Regarding the removal of (o / ), it was done in the interest of uniformity so all teams were presented in the same format. I'm sure those voting would know about the all-round capabilities of some of your top order batsmen.
I have replaced the listed line up with the preferred option provided.

Yep, I just raised the point just because often I forget that openers can bowl and I skim over them in judging the bowling attack. Fair enough.

Group 1: KingKallis, Ataraxia, Fuller Pilch - very close especially between Ataraxia, Fuller Pilch and Line and Length. I thought Ataraxia had the better middle order and solid bowling, although in hindsight perhaps a top opener (if still available) would've served better then Trevor Goddard as a 4th seamer. Fuller Pilch perhaps lacking a star name in the top 5 but all very capable and like the balance of the side - probably the best spin attack given he has 2 in Faulkner and Laker so they can combine on turning wickets whilst still having 3 solid seamers if not quite the star quality of other attacks.

Srbhkshk pretty close considering he had quite a few catchup picks, probably an established number 3 instead of Duleepsinhji and drop Root to 4 and a replacement from Razzaq away I think.

Group 2: Teuton, Pothas, AndrewB - a very tough choice between pretty evenly matched sides, think I could justifiably vote for another 3 sides on a different day.

Group 1: For me kingkallis and JOJOXI are the leading teams in this group. My third vote goes to srbhkshk because he still presented a competitive line up despite having a number of catch-up picks.

Group 2: I agree with JOJOXI, this is extremely tough. Teuton is rightfully a common pick among voters so far and I agree. The other two votes I'm allocating to Trundler and Pothas with apologies to the other contenders- it was a highly competitive group.

JOJOXI, Line and Length, King Kallis. Really, really like Michael's team too.

Group 2 is even tighter but I think I'll go Teuton, Himanv and Pothas.
