The SS award. He may not mind but I kind of cringe when I see the award and Im not sure it is fair that an award with negative implications should be named after a forum member.

There is nothing particularly wrong with these awards but I dont want to win them as Im quite precious and proud of my cricket knowledge and do not like being put down or doubted. I know that sounds arrogant and bad but Im trying to be honest.

Best debate as it can reward a couple/few people for putting work into a thread. Should not be given if it is a onesided debate with a group providing all all the evidence. A good debate is essential to CC and both sides should be rewarded.

good job you guys! i read your awards thread whenever i get time and enjoy it very much! my two cents, most annoying poster and worst post kind of awards have negative connotations and could actually lead to some bad blood, might be better to avoid that sort of thing to keep the awards concept going forward and in good fun...
