Certainly plenty of experience in the Tassie bowling attack with Bird and Siddle, although the former not quite finding his usual areas so far. Siddle too started off by conceding a couple of boundaries and a wide, good start by Victoria.

Looks like a pretty typical Junction Oval highway so far, Tasmania have pulled it back somewhat, but the Vics look in charge at this stage

Critical for Handscomb to stay out there for as long as possible, Victoria need all the runs they can get with such a raw bowling attack

As for longterm, the jury is still out on that one imo

While Handscomb’s switching the bowling up well, it’s difficult to see how he’s looking to take a wicket with any of the bowlers. Fields just look set in order for Tas to just milk them comfortably, surely he needs to take a chance to try and snare a wicket from somewhere? Although this game looks like it’s gone now.
