I don't know if it's just some flat wickets and **** bowlers but if Travis can continue with this kind of form enough to develop a game to succeed against genuine international class bowling then I'll back him

I hope the batting success doesn't make Green give up bowling when he isn't getting wickets with his Troy Cooley-induced length.
Saw it pointed out today that this season - basically the Tests - saw him trying a slightly remodeled action, in which case perhaps a scattergun adjustment period isn't too big a surprise.

Good to see #Bertmentum among the runs in the 2nd XI game vs Tassie. I think it’s his second hit in the middle since December. Shame at Tim Ward ran himself out in Tassie’s first dig. Hope he makes some second time around. Quality player.

Head hasn’t looked out of place in tests

He just plays get out shots

He isn’t a Harris whose game needs a complete technical overhaul
His footwork needs a lot of improvement if he's ever going to succeed long term. He barely moves his feet which gets him playing shots away from his body when he's off balance.

You just describe Wade. Head is the opposite, looks awful but fights through and often makes dogged starts and decent scores. Head has overperformed for how comfortable he looks if anything.
