Australian Domestic Season 2015/16

Gob

International Coach
RE Maxwell yeah its either him or MMarsh for no 6 certainly not from 3 to 5. In fact i'd rather open with Maxwell than having him from 3 to 5 cos i just don't want someone batting like him in the engine room. So for the moment its MMarsh @6 in non spinning conditions and Maxwell in spinning conditions

Maxwell looks million dollars right now though

I'd much rather have Maxwell at 3 to 5 right now than Shaun Marsh

King Pietersen

International Captain
Nick Browne has become the first cricketer from the UK to score a double century in Sydney Grade cricket. Previous best was 194 scored by Mike Gatting in 1979. Has a very good FC record too Browne, surprised to have heard so little about him. Also the first Essex batsman to make over 1,000 runs in a season since 2008.

How close is Larkin to getting in the NSW shield team ?
Would be next cab off the rank I would have thought. (maybe Hughes, but I think Larkin should be in front).

Rohrer needs runs soon or he might find himself surplus to requirements.

Rohrer stunning in grade, will give him 1 more game before dropping him.

Really this batting line up has had 2 innings so far, discounting the Vics game,1 wkt down.

Maybe too if we lose nw we may be out of it,and will have 2 plan for next season, but so far most have runs on the board, altho Rohrer did fail last year at the end of the season in a few innings.

I would give him 1 more shot average late 30's early 40's.

If he did get dropped i'd say it would end his first class career.

I'm a big Rohrer fan, but he has needed a score for quite a while now. If he does nothing this game I'd be seriously looking at Larkin even though working out how to regig the order is a bit tricky. I love that Patto is up at 3. That's great for him in terms of development. I'm sure Larkin could do a job at 6 if need be.

Larkin would be first in, although they might get funky and say you're only an opener.

SCG fit for the game on Friday, of course. Assume Sommerville will play in place of SOK.

Vics could benefit playing Christian for his bowling but it is hard to work out who to drop.
