Watson ruled out of Matador Cup Final

NSW Blues all-rounder Shane Watson has been ruled out of Sunday’s Matador BBQs One Day Cup Final through injury.

Watson injured his left calf during a training session on Tuesday morning.

This is a different injury to the one he suffered during the recent tour of the United Kingdom.

Watson had scans on the injury today and is expected to make a full recovery before the start of the KFC T20 Big Bash League.

Yeah misunderstood the 4 points for a win, thought it was only two.

Good win by WA, thought they were gone when Burns and Reardon were going well. Johnson bowled well , helped a bit by Stanlake's "leave". Agars attempted ramp was funny.

Boyce bowled some excellent overs.

Now the CA XI experiment is over did any of the players show anything.

IMO Harris was the only batsman to look the part while in the bowling department Dixon and Swepson showed some potential.

Qld finished off Tassie o/r.

Tas 152 & 159 (Webster 52, Floros 7/25) lost to Qld 7/350dec

9 wickets and an unbeaten ton for Floros in the match.

and WA and Vic played out a draw

Yeah superb stuff from Ross. Shame he couldn't get the last 3 runs, was deserved.
