Maddinson has probably played himself out of Australia A selection with twin failures, Chris Lynn is having a terrible start to the year, second year syndrome for sure.

Finch has done nothing too, plenty of guys with very lean starts to the season, but its still November, plenty of the season to come.

The way the season is structured though there isn't really THAT much more Shield to come. We have that long Bash break.

Really disappointing as those 4 are players that you would think the selectors/fans would have loved to have seen score big runs this year.

Yeah it's only 1 match, he made a duck in his only Ryobi match also and I noticed he played a Futures match recently and made around 10 from 10 balls. He has no chance of making the A game.

He's only had 4 innings and 2 have been not out? Agree it would be nice for him to get a 50, but hoping it will be all done and dusted before he needs to pad up.
